Moscow based auto dealership seeking a well rounded, professional Office Assistant, must have experience in A.R., A.P., cashiering, cash reconciliations, bank deposits and have excellent computer skills including Microsoft suite and Unix based programs. Will be working with public and must have great people and phone skills, will be taking reservations and checking in and out service loaners, must have valid drivers license and clean driving record. This position requires at least one year of prior office/clerical or automotive accounting experience and have a High School diploma or GED, must be able to comprehend and express themselves in a courteous and professional manner and maintain a professional personal appearance.
